POTATO SKINS 
6 lg. baking potatoes
3-4 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/4 tsp. green pepper (opt.)
3 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1-2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Bacon bits (opt.)
1 (8 oz.) sour cream

Scrub and bake potatoes until done. Cool until warm to the touch. Cut potatoes in half; leave 1/4" in shells. Cut into 1" wide strips. Put on ungreased baking sheets. Brush tops of strips with butter and sprinkle with seasonings, cheese and bacon bits. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve warm with sour cream. Serves 6.
