POTATO SKIN CRISPS | |
4 lg. potatoes, baked Melted butter Seasonings (salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, garlic salt, cayenne pepper, chives, dried herbs) Scoop out potatoes used for another dish. Cut skins in strips about 1 inch wide. Place on baking sheet and brush generously with butter. Sprinkle lightly with 1 of seasonings or combination of several (do not use too much salt). Bake in 475 degree oven for about 8 minutes or until crisp and light brown. Makes 1 3/4 cups crisps. |
