SPINACH SALAD | |
1 lb. fresh spinach Bacon bits 2 hard boiled eggs DRESSING: 2/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. celery seed 1/3 c. honey 5 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. grated onion 1 c. salad oil Wash and cut up spinach, add 2 tablespoons bacon bits and diced hard boiled eggs. Mix dressing together; shake well; pour over salad. Dressing is best if it is mixed up day before you use it. Refrigerate. Before pouring over salad warm to room temperature. |
