SWEET AND SPICY CHICKEN STIR-FRY 
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks in pineapple juice
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 half boneless chicken breasts (6 ounce each), skinned and cubed
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper, flakes or hot pepper sauce
1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
3/4 c. sweet and sour sauce
