CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. green onions
Seasonings
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Oil, lemon

Put crab meat in bowl and 1 1/2 cups of bread crumbs, eggs, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, onions, seasonings and mayonnaise. Blend and shape into patties and coat with bread crumbs. Cook in oil. Makes 10 cakes. Serve with lemon.
