1 lb. crab meat
2 eggs
1 c. dried bread crumbs (make your own)
1 1/2 c. onion
1 c. diced celery

Cook onion and celery in small amount of butter. Mix with crab meat, eggs and bread crumbs into cakes. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
