SWEET POTATO PIE 
1 1/2 c. mashed cooked or canned sweet potatoes
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. powdered cinnamon
1/8 tsp. powdered allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 c. honey
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. cream or evaporated milk

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix the potatoes with the butter, cinnamon, allspice, salt, sugar and honey. Beat until foamy. Add the eggs and cream or evaporated milk. Pour into an 8 or 9 inch pie crust. Bake 12 minutes then reduce to 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes longer.
