DAVID'S GREEN CHILI STEW 
1 pkg. pork loin (tenderloin) 1 1/2-2 lb.
1 pkg. pork cube steak (tenderized) 1/2-3/4 lb.
3 tbsp. olive oil or cooking oil
3 cloves garlic, diced
1 onion, diced
7 or 8 whole green chilies (roasted, skinned, seeds removed, diced)
1 tbsp. white ground pepper
1 tbsp. black coarse ground pepper
1 tbsp. salt
2-3 tbsp. flour
1-1 1/2 lb. carrots, diced
2-2 1/2 lb. potatoes, cut into small pieces
1 lb. can peeled tomatoes

Brown pork in oil with onion, garlic, white pepper, black pepper, and salt. Cook until browned. Add flour to thicken. Add green chilies, carrots, and potatoes. Cover with water and cook until carrots are soft. At the last, add can of tomatoes. Cook until warm
