TRAIL BARS 
1 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chunk-style peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nonfat dry milk
1 c. granola cereal
1 c. whole bran cereal
1 c. raisins
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Line 9x13 inch pan with waxed paper. In heavy saucepan (or large bowl in microwave) combine syrup, sugar and salt; bring to boil. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients except chocolate; cool slightly. Add chocolate pieces; press into prepared pan. Refrigerate 30 minutes; cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
