TOMATOES WITH OLIVE SPREAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
1/8 tsp. salt
8 slices tomato
Mayonnaise
Whole pimiento-stuffed olives
Lettuce leaves

Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise; mix well. Add chopped olives, walnuts, and salt. Spread cream cheese mixture on 4 tomato slices; top with remaining tomato slices. Garnish each with a dollop of mayonnaise and an olive; chill. Serve on lettuce leaves. Yield: 4 servings.
