SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
6 eggs, slightly beaten
6 slices bread, remove crust, dry in warm oven & cube
1 c. mild cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. sausage, fry & drain
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix. Refrigerate at least 12 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes. Spray dish with Pam.
