GOOD MORNING CASSEROLE 
6 eggs, beaten slightly
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
1 lb. bulk sausage, browned & drained
6 slices bread, cubed in 1" pieces or 1 English muffin (2 halves) torn into sm. pieces
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. chopped green onions, optional

Mix eggs, spices and milk. Add meat and stir. Set aside. In greased casserole, layer half of the bread cubes. Top with meat and egg mixture and end with remaining bread cubes. Cover with grated cheese. Refrigerate overnight, or at least 6-8 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
