CREAMED COLESLAW 
1 sm. head cabbage
2 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. milk
1 stalk celery, chopped

Shred cabbage fine. Add salt, chopped celery, egg yolks, sugar. Mix vinegar and milk with mayonnaise and add to cabbage. Chill a few hours before serving.
