1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. shortening
2 c. white sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
5 c. flour

ICING:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
3/4 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Roll dough on floured board and cut with cutter. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes. Ice when cool. Makes 7 dozen.
