3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Drop batter onto cookie sheet. Press flat bottom of sugared glass. Sprinkle with sugar before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
