EGGNOG SHERRY CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix plus pudding
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. cooking sherry
1 tsp. nutmeg
Confectioners' sugar

Mix all ingredients with blender or by hand. Use tube pan or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle confectioners' sugar on top.
