SOUR DOUGH BISCUITS
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
2 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. corn oil
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
6 or more c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Use large (1 gallon) bowl. Sift flour, make large hole. Add all the ingredients. Mix well. Turn on floured board. Knead well until dough is pliable.

Can cook immediately what you need, put rest of dough in refrigerator and cook as needed. Don't have to let rise but good idea to roll out and cut what you want to bake before starting meal.

Cook 450 degrees until brown. They don't rise a lot like buns, more like biscuits (roll about 1/2 inch thick when cutting). Will keep several days. Equivalent to 5 or 6 cans of biscuits.
