SOUR DOUGH BISCUITS 
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
2 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
6 or more c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine all ingredients. Roll and cut as you would biscuits. Bake at 450 degrees until brown and fluffy.

You can bake these as soon as you make them or you can let them rise. These are great to make ahead and refrigerate. Take out 1 hour before you bake them if they have been refrigerated.
