SOUR DOUGH BISCUITS 
1 c. lukewarm water
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. sugar
6 1/2 c. SELF-RISING flour
1 pkg. yeast
3/4 c. oil
2 c. buttermilk

Add yeast to water. Add all other ingredients. Mix well. Place in covered bowl in refrigerator at least 2 hours before using. Using a little flour, roll out biscuits. Place in greased pan and bake at 450 degrees until golden brown. You can leave mixture in refrigerator for a week. Also makes great cinnamon roll.
