SOUR DOUGH BISCUITS 
1 c. warm water
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. buttermilk
6 c. self-rising flour

Mix yeast and water, set aside. Mix sugar, oil, buttermilk and yeast mixture. Mix in flour to form soft dough. Cover and place in refrigerator. It will keep a week or longer. When you want biscuits, rub your hands with flour and pinch off a small amount and turn in greased pan. Let 30 minutes setting time or place in cold oven and set at 400 degrees.
