SNICKER DOODLE COOKIES 
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together butter and sugar. Add eggs, blend well. Sift together and stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Roll into balls. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Roll the balls into this and bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
