3 eggs
1 1/4 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (4 oz.) jar applesauce
1 (4 oz.) jar carrots
1 (4 oz.) jar apricots
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix together all above ingredients. Pour into a 9x13 greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Frost when cool.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
1 lb. powdered sugar (2 c.)
1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend ingredients well.
