HOLIDAY MASHED POTATOES 
12 potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Mash hot potatoes; add cream cheese and butter and beat well. Mix in sour cream, milk, eggs, onion, salt and pepper. Beat well. Place in greased 9" x 13" casserole and refrigerate overnight. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Makes 8 to 12 servings.
