WATER CHESTNUT APPETIZERS 
3 cans whole water chestnuts
1 lb. bacon, cut in 3rds

SAUCE:

3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip)
1 1/2 c. brown sugar

Soak toothpicks in water for about 15 minutes. Wrap bacon around whole chestnuts and secure with toothpicks. Mix catsup, mayonnaise and brown sugar. Pour over chestnuts. Bake at 400-425 degrees for 30 minutes.
