SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti noodles
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped bell peppers
8 oz. can tomatoes
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. cottage cheese
3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella

Cook spaghetti noodles 9 minutes. Drain. Stir in Parmesan, eggs and butter. Form into crust shape in 10 inch buttered pie plate. Brown beef and drain on paper towel. Saute onion and pepper. Drain. Mix beef, onions, peppers, tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt. Heat. Spread cottage cheese, over "crust" and fill with meat mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with shredded Mozzarella and bake 5 more minutes. Serve in pie shape wedges.
