SAUSAGE UNDERCOVER 
1 pkg. Little Smokies sausages
3 cans buttermilk flaky biscuits (18 count)
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
16 slices American cheese

Unroll each biscuit and cut in half. Place 1 sausage on each 1/2 roll as desired. Place green chilies over sausage; cover with cheese; roll up insert toothpick to hold; place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. Makes approximately 32 servings.
