DEVIL'S FLOAT 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. hot water
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil; cool sauce mixture. For cake mixture, combine remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Pour cooled sauce mixture into cake mixture (DO NOT STIR). Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
