30 Oreos
2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. confectioners sugar
2 c. confectioners sugar
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. Cool Whip
12 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped peanuts (optional)

Crumble cookies and mix with butter. Press into a 9 x 13" greased cake pan. Mix the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT Cool Whip and peanuts. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour over cookie crust. Top with peanuts or chocolate chips morsels. Freeze and enjoy!
