1 lb. pork cutlet (or any meat) 2 stalks celery, sliced 4 or 5 peppers, sliced 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 can mushrooms 3/4 c. soy sauce Gravy Master (enough to darken) Salt, garlic powder, fresh ground pepper to taste Oil to cover bottom of pan 1 lb. linguine Brown meat in oil. Add onion, celery and seasonings. Cover and simmer until meat is tender. Add peppers and cook until peppers are done. Cook linguine and drain. Add pat of butter, Gravy Master and meat mixture. Cover and let stand about 4 minutes. |
