THREE GRAIN PEANUT BREAD 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. uncooked oats
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. non-fat dry milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/2 c. milk

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Cut in peanut butter until crumbly. In a small bowl, beat egg and milk together. Add to dry ingredients. Mix well.

Spread mixture into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan.
