PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
1 c. minute rice
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. onion
Dash pepper

Mix soup and water. Combine remaining ingredients and add 1/2 cup of soup mixture. Mix. Shape into 18 meatballs. Place in skillet. Pour rest of soup mixture over meat balls; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, basting occasionally.
