VEGETABLE RELISH 
1 can white corn
1 can peas
1 can French cut beans
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 1/2 c. green onions (with tops)
1/2 c. ground carrots
1/2 c. green peppers
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix 1 tablespoon water, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup oil, 1/2 cup sugar together. Bring to a boil and cool. Mix with vegetables and let set overnight.
