1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 tsp. nutmeg Cook spinach. Drain spinach until almost dry. Add cream cheese and nutmeg to the above mixture and serve hot. An added touch of grandeur is to sprinkle top of spinach with slivered almonds. Serve. | |

You can hard boil eggs and chop and add to spinach. Also we make this with bacon. It is very good. My 15 year old grandson uses it as a dip..
