TETRAZZINI CASSEROLE 
A winner in Australia and Canada.

2 c. macaroni
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/4 c. raisins
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 lg. can cream corn
1 can green olives
1 c. grated Tillamook cheese
Salt & pepper

Saute onion in small amount of oil. Add ground beef, then stewed tomatoes, raisins, cream corn, 1/4 can green olives, 1/2 cup grated cheese.

Mix well, put into large casserole. Garnish with chopped green onions, 1/2 cup grated cheese and chopped parsley.

Cook until heated through and brown. I make two small casseroles and freeze one.
