STIR FRY VEGETABLES 
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. zucchini, sliced thin
1 c. fresh broccoli
1 c. carrots, peeled & sliced thin
1/2 c. sliced onions
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. water

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add vegetables, stir and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch, garlic powder, soy sauce and water. Add to vegetable mixture. Stir and cook 1 minute. Delicious served with rice.
