PUMPKIN PECAN BREAD 
1 1/4 c. finely packed brown sugar
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar, pumpkin, salad dressing, milk and eggs until well blended. Mix dry ingredients; add to pumpkin mixture mixing just until moistened. Fold in pecans.

Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake 55-60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Makes one loaf.
