FRENCH POTATO SALAD | |
4 lb. potatoes, boiled in skins & chilled 2 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 tbsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. finely chopped onion Peel and cube potatoes. In a large serving bowl combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mustard; mix well. Add potatoes, celery, green pepper and onion. Toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving. Makes 10 servings. |
