FISH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. fish fillets
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley

Cut fish in serving pieces. Place in greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, paprika, dash of salt and pepper. Combine flour and milk. Pour over fish and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
