3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
3 c. apples (fresh or canned)
1 1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Sift all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix well eggs, oil and vanilla. Mix well with dry ingredients. Add apples and nuts mixing well with spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Test to see if done. If not bake another 45 minutes.
