CHEESE CAKE 
20 graham crackers
1/4 lb. butter
Dash cinnamon

FILLING:

1 1/2 lbs. cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Roll out 20 graham crackers very fine. To that add 1/4 pound melted butter and dash cinnamon. Line this mixture on sides and bottom of springform pan. Cream 1 1/2 pounds cream cheese then all 3 eggs, one at a time. Add sugar a little at a time. Add the vanilla. Pour this mixture into graham cracker shell. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. When baked add the topping mixture over top spreading evenly. Bake for another 5 minutes. Keep in refrigerator overnight. Serves 12.
