MARJORAM MUFFINS 
1 c. unbleached flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. dry marjoram
1 c. uncooked oats
1/2 c. oil
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. milk

In large bowl mix together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and marjoram. Stir in oats, blend well. Mix in oil, egg and milk. Stir until all dry ingredients are well moistened. Spoon batter into well greased muffin cups. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until tops are browned and wooden toothpick comes out clean.
