BEEF BRISKET 
1 (3-4 lb.) beef brisket
Salt and pepper to taste
3-4 onions, sliced
1/2 c. chili sauce
3 tsp. brown sugar
1 can beer
2 tbsp. flour

In a roasting pan place the beef brisket. Top with all the ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 1/2 hours. Uncover and bake for 30 more minutes. Serve.
