PICKLE RELISH 
6 qts. cucumber
12 med. onions
4 green peppers
2 red peppers
1 1/2 qt. vinegar
3 tsp. turmeric
3 tsp. mustard seed
9 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. coarse salt

Wash vegetables and grind together with food chopper. Sprinkle with salt and let stand for 3 hours.

Mix rest of ingredients to make syrup; bring to boil. Drain chopped vegetables, then add to syrup; bring to boil. Put in jars and can.
