COFFEE ICE CREAM PIE OR MUD PIE 
18 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/8 stick butter, melted

Press into 8 inch or 10 inch pie pan and freeze.

1 qt. coffee ice cream

Soften to spread. Put in crust and freeze.

CHOCOLATE SAUCE:

2 sqs. chocolate butter
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk

Cook sauce until thick. Cool in pan of cold water. Spread over ice cream. Freeze. NOTE: Instead of making Chocolate Sauce can use Johnson's Hot Fudge Sauce.
