CRANBERRY JELLY 
1 lb. cranberries
Water
Sugar
Liquid pectin

Cook cranberries in 2 cups of water until they burst. Strain, catching juice in pot. Measure juice. Add an equal amount of sugar. Boil gently for 20 minutes. Add one package of liquid pectin after 15 minutes. Skim top. Pour into jelly jars. Put paraffin on top.
