FRUIT PIZZA 
20 oz. pkg. refrigerated sugar cookies
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Assorted fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, bananas, grapes
1/2 c. orange marmalade, peach or apricot preserves
2 tbsp. water

Freeze cookie dough 1 hour. Slice into 1/8 inch slices. Line foil lined 14 inch pizza pan with cookie slices, overlapping slices slightly. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden. Cool and invert onto serving plate. Carefully remove foil. Turn right side up.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit on top. Mix marmalade and water and glaze fruit. Chill. Cut into wedges.
