1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
20 broken Ritz crackers
Pinch of salt
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 qt. strawberries, cleaned and sliced sugar to taste

Fold sugar, nuts, cracker crumbs and salt into egg whites. Add vanilla. Put in pie pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool; top with sugared berries and whipped cream. Serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.
