RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3 3/4 c. Raisin Bran
2 c. milk
2 eggs (small)
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; set aside. Measure Raisin Bran and milk into large mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Let stand 2 minutes or until cereal is softened. Add egg and oil; beat well.

Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into muffin pans. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
