PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 c. heaping pumpkin, canned
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
2 eggs
1/3 c. water
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves

Mix pumpkin, oil, sugar, eggs, and water together. Add flour and stir well. Add the 5 remaining ingredients and mix until creamy. Pour into well greased and floured large meatloaf pan or two (2 3/8 x 3 5/8 x 2 1/4 inch) pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool slightly before removing from pan.

Delicious served hot with real butter on top or sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Perfect for Christmas gifts. Can be frozen.
