VEAL PARMIGIANA 
4 breaded veal steaks
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
3/4 c. tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin

Saute breaded veal steaks in hot olive oil until golden brown. Place browned patties in shallow baking dish and cover with tomato sauce. Top with thin slices of Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes until cheese melts and browns.

For zestier flavor, substitute pizza sauce for tomato sauce.

For a change, substitute cream of mushroom soup instead of tomato sauce.
